By this point, call a doctor. But movement, gentle stretching and a warm bath with some relaxing should get that belly down!

Just do things that make you happy. If getting all dolled up worked before you got pregnant then do that. For example brushing your hair nicely instead just pulling it back in a pony tail or something. Get your nails done ( finers and toes). If you wear makeup try and put some on to help brighten up your face. sucks that you have been breaking out. In my case I stopped breaking out once I got pregnant. Very weird how that turned out. Sometimes I feel so embarrassed going and doing things like shopping or going out to eat with friends ( especially buffet everyones like oh great lol ) ..
